A Different Way to Experience Intimacy

Intimacy, pleasure, and meaningful connection aren’t luxuries—they’re essential to feeling alive, secure, and deeply fulfilled. Yet so many people struggle with shame, disconnection, or uncertainty around sex and relationships, often believing something is “wrong” with them.

I’m Becky, a Sex, Intimacy, and Relationship Coach with a Master’s degree in Adult Education and ongoing training in the Somatica Method®. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and real-life experience—not judgment or rigid rules.

For over three decades, I’ve lived inside the evolving reality of long-term partnership, parenting, and personal growth. Alongside my work in higher education mentoring adults through identity, relationships, and communication, I’ve supported countless people in navigating intimacy with honesty and confidence. What began as natural guidance became a calling I chose to step into fully.
